Josh and I took the girls to a kid's fishing derby a few weeks ago. It was cold and they only fished for like 5 minutes because know one knew what we going on, but I think we got some good memories out of that one. We did decide that next time we'll skip the public fishing events and just go on our own.
Even though they only fished a few minutes they did catch something! It was already dead when they found it and we threw it away after the pictures but at least we didn't leave totally empty handed. Ally loves getting to hold all the little creatures we come across.
